Honeycombs have special applications in EMC and can provide shielding upto 120dB. BNN undertakes Shielding Effectiveness tests for Honeycombs. The Honeycomb can also be installed in BNN’s own chamber having 500mmx500mm slot for mounting and testing shielding upto 100dB.
Alternately, the honeycomb can be installed in suitable chamber by the user and Shielding test undertaken onsite.
The testing is carried out from 9KHz-40GHz using suitable Antennae and instruments as per IEEE 299:2006.
